Opened Products
Because our oils are personal care items, we’re not able to accept returns on opened or used bottles. We hope you understand — it helps us keep things safe, fresh, and fair for all our customers.Damaged or Wrong OrdersIf something arrived broken, leaking, or incorrect — we’re so sorry! Please send us a message within 7 days of receiving your order, along with a photo, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Allergy or Sensitivity?
Everyone’s scalp is different, and natural ingredients can be powerful. That’s why we always recommend doing a patch test before full use. If your scalp doesn’t love it, stop use right away.Since hair and skin respond differently for everyone, we aren’t able to offer refunds for reactions or results — but we’re here to answer any questions you have!Still need help?
